You'll need access to the MySQL database using a client such as PHPmyAdmin, most hosting providers have some version of this available to you. Find the users table, and locate the entry for the Admin, by default it is ID #62. There will be a password column that includes an MD5 encoded entry. Change the entry to "1232f297a57a5a743894a0e4a801fc3" and save the changes. Your new admin password is "admin". Log into the backend and change it immediately to something secure.
