Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Buffalo, NY
This hands-on position is responsible for the direction and management of the hourly workforce. Assignment of work, implementation of policies and procedures, and recommendation of improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Position responsibilities:
- Attaining production goals
- Maintaining detailed records and constructive inter-departmental communication
- Maintaining plant cleanliness
- Supervising and leading employees and ensuring adherence plant work and safety rules
- Ensuring complete compliance to the guidelines of the TS16949 quality program
- Other duties as assigned
Essential skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years leadership experience in manufacturing environment (prefer Bachelor’s degree, but will consider comparable education and/or experience)
- Leadership, supervision and discipline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
- Problem analysis and resolution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Quality orientation and attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude
- Computer proficiency

Position: Quality Control Technician
Location: Buffalo, NY
Responsibilities include:
- Process engineering / process improvement
- Calibrations on test equipment
- Internal and external corrective actions
- Tool design
- Safety
- Supervision of Inspection personnel
- SPC
Candidates should have experience in all phases of inspection; familiarity with APQP and PPAP helpful. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and possess the ability to function productively and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

This shirtsleeves position is responsible for the direction, management, development and leadership of the Accounting function. Reports to the President.
Position responsibilities:
- Review and analysis of financial data
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
- Costing
- Long-term strategic planning
- Liaison for internal and external auditors
- Analysis of plant labor, operational expenses, inventory, scrap
- Review financial statements for accuracy and clarity
Essential skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years leadership experience in manufacturing environment
- CPA, CMA, MBA a plus
- Vision and entrepreneurial spirit
- Proven track record of technological and process improvements
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Team development and mentoring skills
- Occasional travel
